You don’t need an account — log in with your existing NHS App or SystmOnline details, or
continue as a guest. We’ll reply by phone, app notification, or email, whichever you prefer.
Using SystmConnect means you can give us everything we need in one go, without having to
contact us more than once, and without joining a telephone queue.
