Non-urgent advice: Flu and COVID Vaccinations: Update 26/9/2023
Our Flu and COVID clinics are scheduled for October.
The dates for the COVID vaccination clinics are:
- Saturday 14th of October
- Tuesday 17th of October
- Tuesday 24th of October
- Tuesday 31st of October
We will update this page with details of the Influenza (flu) vaccine as soon as the clinic dates are announced.
If you are eligible for a free NHS vaccine we will contact you to arrange a booking. Please make sure we have an up to date email or mobile number that can receive SMS messages.

You can make an appointment by calling our team on 01725 510296. If you already have the NHS app, you can amend your appointment.
Get a repeat prescription.
The easiest way to request a prescription is using the NHS App.
Get a sick note for work.
You only needs a GP Fit note if you have been off work for more than 7 days.
Call our team on 01725 510296 to request a Fit note. You may be asked to complete a short questionnaire to help the healthcare professional completing your fit note.
Get test results
The easiest way to see your test results is via the NHS App or via NHS Online Services. Our administration team may be able to print or email a copy of your results, however there will be a delay as this needs to be reviewed by a doctor.
